What is kombucha?

Kombucha is fermented tea!

We make it by brewing tea, and then adding organic cane sugar and a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (called a SCOBY). The yeast of the SCOBY eats the sugar and produces ethanol and carbon dioxide, and then the bacteria of the SCOBY converts that ethanol into acetic acids.

When the fermentation is done, most of the original sugars have been consumed, and what's left is kombucha that is rich in probiotics and antioxidants that promote digestive, immune, and overall health.

At that point we get crafty by adding herbs, flowers, roots, and fruit to make our fun bold flavors!

OUR KOMBUCHA BREWERY

Locally-made kombucha

We strive to achieve vibrant, fresh kombucha and jun made with quality ingredients that your body will love.

We brew, ferment, and bottle locally in Chandler, AZ,

so plenty of love goes into every batch. Our fermentation tanks are quite used to being hugged, seriously.

What is jun kombucha?

Jun is made with honey!

Jun (pronounced like "fun") is a specific type of kombucha made with green tea and honey.

Instead of feeding on organic cane sugar like our other kombucha SCOBY, our Jun SCOBY thrives on locally-sourced honey. Who doesn't love honey!?

And of course, Jun kombucha has all the same probiotics and antioxidants that we want to give our body. It also has the awesome clean, light, and smooth taste you would expect when you start with ingredients like green tea and honey:)

GOOGLE REVIEWER

“If you ever tried store-bought kombucha and said, "This tastes like the back side of a dead toad!" then you subsequently swore off kombucha forever, I implore you to give this place a try. Every kombucha hater I know loves this stuff! It's not too sweet, and is toad-free.”
